About the Role:

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of client onboarding for our client, a leading private wealth manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Confirm KYC requirements and account opening needs for clients
  • Risk-assess cases for sanctions and PEPs
  • Oversee client take-on processes and maintain accurate client records
  • Approve service requests and provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wealth or asset management, with expertise in KYC, AML, and account opening
  • Knowledge of SIPPs, ISAs, Bonds, and Wrappers
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and promote work-life balance
