About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our prestigious independent property sales group, APW Property, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio and pipeline of approximately 300 clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a detailed onboarding process to onboard new clients.
  • Manage and progress the clients' purchase process from start to completion, highlighting key milestones.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss market conditions, investment progress, and new opportunities.
  • Liaise with mortgage brokers to support client transactions.
  • Engage with clients regarding their portfolios to identify further potential sales opportunities.
  • Research and stay updated on UK housing market trends, information, and relevant legislation.
  • Foster client trust and maintain strong, positive relationships.
Key Attributes
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property client management or customer service within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK Housing Act, relevant property legislation, mortgages, and the arbitration process.
  • Highly organized with the ability to see tasks through to completion.
  • Confident, with a strong and friendly telephone manner.
  • IT literate with proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and property software.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.
  • Full UK driving license preferred.
