Job Summary:

Oval Recruit Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our Client Services function, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough client onboarding and AML checks for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and verify application documents, including AML documents, to ensure accuracy and adherence to specified standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Wealth Managers and Associates to ensure proper compliance and quality assurance checks on all new accounts.
  • Confirm KYC requirements and account opening needs of new custodians, and conduct risk assessments of new clients.
  • Update and maintain client records on our CRM system and with Platform Service Providers.
  • Approve platform requests, including payment requests and new account openings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client onboarding, preferably in a Wealth, Investment, Private Banking, or Platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of KYC and AML onboarding processes.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and wealth managers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth and development of junior team members.
