Job Title: Client Onboarding Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to join our team at Insignis Cash. As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients, while also maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough client due diligence, including KYC and AML checks, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure that all onboarding processes are aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client onboarding, including AML and financial crime risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to ensure that onboarding processes remain compliant and effective.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in client onboarding, AML, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of UK KYC and AML regulations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Relevant AML/CTF qualifications, such as ACAMS or ICA, are desirable.
