Sales Operations Manager - Office Based

Company Overview: A leading Clothing Consultancy specializing in corporate branding for clients across the UK is seeking a Sales Operations Manager.

Role Overview: This position encompasses two key responsibilities:

Sales Management: Oversee a dedicated team of two, ensuring adherence to company standards and efficient processing of orders to meet client deadlines.

Account Management: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, focusing on retention and addressing sales inquiries from current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small sales and back office team.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to support client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a sales leadership or management role, with a strong understanding of account management.
  • Experience in the retail sector, particularly in personalized clothing, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with client success or customer success roles is a plus.
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
  • A valid driving license is required.

Benefits: The Sales Operations Manager will have the autonomy to lead the office team, manage key accounts, and participate in recruitment as the team grows, reporting directly to the managing director.
