Your primary duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager and other team members
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Processing post and special deliveries
- Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained and organized
- Coordinating with contractors and third-party suppliers
- Performing general administrative tasks as required
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience in a reception or customer service role and be proficient in Microsoft 365.
You will be a team player who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
