**Office Receptionist**

We are working with a family run contractor to recruit a Office Receptionist.

**Responsibilities** will include:

- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages;
- Carrying out general administrative duties including taking payments;
- Liaising with the Production Manager to monitor jobs in progress and identify/resolve any issues that may delay their delivery to the customer;
- Communicating with customers regarding the delivery date of their order, including any delays;
- Ensuring stock is booked in against the correct job;
- Liaising with suppliers;
**You**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office suite
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,800.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
