About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and visitors
  • Managing the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing post and special deliveries, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with the Facilities Manager to resolve any maintenance issues
  • Ensuring the intranet and telephone contact lists are up to date
  • Monitoring health and safety matters, and reporting any concerns
  • Processing purchase orders and gaining required approvals
  • Organizing contractors and third-party suppliers as needed
  • Providing general administrative support to the Facilities Manager

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous receptionist and customer service experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel and Word, and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
