Role: Full-Time Creative Video Producer (Brand & Social Media)

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Video Producer to become part of our team, responsible for generating high-quality video content tailored for our primary social media channels and marketing initiatives.

Role Summary: In the capacity of Video Producer/Cinematographer, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and crafting captivating video content that reflects our brand's ethos and strategic objectives. This position requires close collaboration with the content team to conceptualize and implement a diverse range of video projects, from showcasing products to providing behind-the-scenes insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Capture exceptional video footage across various content formats, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes glimpses, customer narratives, and promotional content.
  • Narrative Crafting: Create engaging stories that resonate with our audience and align with the brand's identity.
  • Post-Production: Collaborate with the editing team to ensure that all footage is polished and ready for distribution.
  • Technical Execution: Manage all facets of video production, encompassing lighting, audio, and camera operation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the social media manager and content team to strategize and execute video projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest video production methodologies and trends to ensure our content remains innovative and engaging.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in videography or cinematography, ideally within a content creation or marketing context.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Creative Insight: Strong creative vision and storytelling capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Project Management: Capacity to operate under tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Portfolio Requirement: A robust portfolio demonstrating previous work in video production and narrative development.
