Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Creative Director to enhance our in-house creative capabilities and output, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that align with and expand our creative vision.
- Lead the ideation and creative direction of best-in-class video content from inception to delivery, in collaboration with our creative and production teams.
- Provide inspirational leadership and management of the creative team, fostering individual growth and development, and enhancing our collective creative expertise.
- Spearhead the creation of impactful BearJam-branded marketing content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing strategy.
- Actively respond to, challenge, and enhance client briefs with innovative pitches and proposals across various types of video content.
- Maintain and cultivate outstanding internal and client relationships to continuously advance BearJam's reputation for creative excellence.
- Directly oversee and provide creative direction for all projects assigned to you, ensuring collaboration with the Creative Director and other team members as needed.
- Drive thought leadership and branded content initiatives to elevate BearJam's industry profile and attract new business through demonstrated expertise and innovative ideas.
- Extensive experience in video production and animation, with a proven track record of creative ideation, directing, and delivery.
