BearJam is a leading video production company that prides itself on delivering high-quality video content that captivates audiences and sets industry standards. We are committed to nurturing a culture of creativity and excellence, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Content Creative Director.

The Role

As a Content Creative Director, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision of BearJam and guiding our dynamic in-house team. You will work closely with our Creative Director to develop innovative, best-in-class video content that meets the needs of our clients and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead the ideation and creative direction of video content from conception to delivery, working closely with our production and post-production teams.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and management of the creative team, fostering individual growth and development, and enhancing our collective creative expertise.
  • Cultivate meaningful client relationships and work with our Client Relationship team to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Drive thought leadership and branded content initiatives to elevate BearJam's industry profile and attract new business through demonstrated expertise and innovative ideas.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in video production and animation, with a proven track record of creative ideation, directing, and delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with camera work, on-set direction, and the overall production and post-production processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing creative teams.
  • Solid understanding of current video creation technologies, trends, and best practices.
