We are seeking a skilled Producer to enhance our team at Fortemus Films, a renowned film and video production agency.
Position Details:
This role requires a dedicated professional with a proven track record in video production. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of short-form video content from the initial creative concept to final delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in the video production industry.
- Proficient in managing both location and studio shoots.
- Experience in producing live-action content, including visual effects and graphics.
- Ability to create stand-alone 2D and 3D animations.
- Strong understanding of production workflows across various departments.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a highly organized work ethic.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure while effectively managing team dynamics.
- Experience collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including brands, creative agencies, and corporate entities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, adapting production values as necessary based on budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure efficient project workflows.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project status.
- Engage directly with clients and agencies to facilitate communication.
- Source and book freelancers with specialized skills as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Support and mentor junior team members to foster their development.
