Job Title: Creative Producer - Social Video

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Producer to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality, engaging social video content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our creative team to develop concepts and ideas for social video content
  • Lead the production process, ensuring that all content meets our high standards and is delivered on time
  • Collaborate with our production team to execute shoots, manage budgets, and schedule content
  • Pitch and develop new ideas for branded content, ensuring they align with our brand values and audience preferences
  • Edit and produce content, working closely with our editing team to craft engaging final deliverables
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Video Producer, with a strong background in social-first, branded content
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel within the UK, if required
