About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physics Content Creator and Video Producer to join our team at Electrify Video Partners. As a key member of our digital video team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for our YouTube channel, which focuses on Physics and science education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Research and develop video ideas related to Physics, Math, and Engineering, and write high-quality scripts that are accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.
  • Video Production: Oversee the production of high-quality content, including planning, directing, and producing videos that meet the channel's standards.
  • Project Management: Develop and execute a production schedule for video content, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date on new research, scientific discoveries, and advancements in the field, and incorporate them into video scripts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that videos are informative, entertaining, and visually appealing.
Requirements
  • A strong bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in long-form or feature science communication, ideally with knowledge of science YouTube content.
  • A portfolio showcasing writing ability, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content that meets the standards of the YouTube channel.
  • Passionate about educating and inspiring others about Physics and science in general.
