We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Producer to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and executing top-notch social video content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with conceptual creatives to develop engaging video concepts that meet our brand's standards.
  • Lead the development process of videos and formats, ensuring they are tailored to our audience's preferences and brand partner requirements.
  • Work closely with producers to execute production elements, such as budgets and schedules.
  • Pitch and develop new ideas that align with our brand's portfolio and provide attribution opportunities.
  • Develop cross-platform activation strategies to bring core ideas to life across our ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Edit and produce content, working with an editor to craft final deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Video/Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content with a good understanding of ASA guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly factual entertainment content and popular content.
  • Understanding of production elements, including topline budgets and schedules.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills, working across multiple projects at different stages.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK if required.
