Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Producer to contribute to our esteemed film and video production agency, Fortemus Films.

Location: Central London (On-site at our Film Studios)

Compensation: Pro Rata £37,000 – £42,000 Per Annum Depending on Experience

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in video production, overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content, ensuring high standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in video production.
  • Proficient in managing both location and studio shoots.
  • Experience in producing live-action content, including VFX and GFX elements.
  • Ability to create independent 2D and 3D animations.
  • Strong understanding of workflows across various departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including brands, creative agencies, and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of each project, adapting production values as necessary based on budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate with all departments to facilitate seamless project workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding project status.
  • Engage directly with clients and agencies to ensure their needs are met.
  • Source and book freelancers with the required expertise when necessary.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • Mentor and support other team members to foster a collaborative environment.
