Job Overview

Bloom Careers is seeking a talented Videographer to join our team. As a leading beauty brand, we're looking for someone with a strong digital portfolio and a passion for beauty, creativity, video, motion, and digital.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for videography, digital, and motion trends, as well as a deep understanding of different brand styles and how to work within brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-quality video content for in-house and external use, including product videos and social media content.
  • Edit all video content to ensure it meets our brand's standards.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging video content that tells a clear story and lands a clear message.
  • Manage and manipulate film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
  • Insert dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, subtitles, special effects, and produce transcripts as needed.
  • Ensure all content follows a logical sequence and is visually appealing.
  • Produce the final cut for publication.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio of completed film productions.
  • Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier Pro.
  • Experience working for an e-commerce company and understanding of digital marketing and videography.
  • Bachelor's degree in video, film studies, cinematography, or related field.
  • Previous work experience as a videographer and editor.
