We are seeking a Creative Video Content Producer to join our dynamic team at Bauer Media Group.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Video and bring your extensive experience in video production to the forefront. Your expertise will encompass all facets of video creation, and your enthusiasm for post-production will shine through in your work. A deep understanding of our audio brands and their target audiences on social media is essential, along with a strong grasp of entertainment culture and music.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Video and Digital Editors to uphold brand identity in all video projects.
  • Identifying and implementing enhancements in the video editing workflow.
  • Producing tailored content for our audio brand audiences, strategically designed for various social platforms.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends in social media video editing.
  • Editing both short and long-form videos for our audio brand social channels and YouTube.
  • Working with both internal and external partners to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.
  • Incorporating feedback from stakeholders into the creative process.
  • Managing video production projects, both in-studio and on location.
  • Delivering content that is accurate, aligns with brand standards, and resonates with the audience.
  • Creating and executing video distribution plans to maximize reach.
  • Overseeing video equipment, ensuring all gear is functional and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborating with teams to implement digital best practices, producing eye-catching graphics, engaging edits, and compelling thumbnails.
  • Taking on the role of director or producer when necessary to ensure high-quality video output is delivered on time.
  • Partnering with Social Teams to identify online trends and cultural conversations.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong knowledge of camera, sound, and lighting techniques.
  • Proven experience in video editing and shooting, with a solid understanding of social media platforms from a video perspective.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to work with multi-track audio.
  • Familiarity with aspect ratios and video encoding formats.
  • Sound design skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable video formats.
  • Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong focus on priorities and delivering quality results.
  • Understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior.
  • Editorial judgment with a passion for storytelling.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others and guide talent during presentations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Comfortable working on Mac systems.
  • Experience in storyboarding and scripting.
  • Knowledge of media law and compliance standards.
  • Awareness of health and safety protocols during shoots.
  • Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop and After Effects, are a plus.
  • Photography skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and think quickly under pressure.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working with stakeholders to see projects through to completion.
  • A keen interest in analytics and a proven ability to create content that engages audiences across platforms, with a focus on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
