Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to enhance our in-house creative capabilities and output, bringing fresh and innovative ideas that align with and expand our creative vision.
  • Lead the ideation and creative direction of best-in-class video content from inception to delivery, in collaboration with our creative and production teams.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and management of the creative team, fostering individual growth and development, and enhancing our collective creative expertise.
  • Engage in proactive client relationship management and upselling, working alongside the Client Relationship team to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Spearhead the creation of impactful BearJam-branded marketing content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in video production and animation, with a proven track record of creative ideation, directing, and delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with camera work, on-set direction, and the overall production and post-production processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing creative teams.
  • Solid understanding of current video creation technologies, trends, and best practices.
