As a company, we are committed to nurturing a culture of creativity and excellence, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Content Creative Lead.

The Role

As a Content Creative Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision of BearJam and guiding our in-house team to deliver innovative, best-in-class video content. You will work closely with our Creative Director to enhance our creative capabilities and output, bringing fresh ideas that align with and expand our creative vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the ideation and creative direction of video content from inception to delivery, working closely with our creative and production teams.
  • Provide inspirational leadership and management of the creative team, fostering individual growth and development, and enhancing our collective creative expertise.
  • Engage in proactive client relationship management and upselling, working alongside the Client Relationship team to secure and expand business opportunities.
  • Spearhead the creation of impactful BearJam-branded marketing content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in video production and animation, with a proven track record of creative ideation, directing, and delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with camera work, on-set direction, and the overall production and post-production processes.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing creative teams.
  • Solid understanding of current video creation technologies, trends, and best practices.
