Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Events Assistant to join our team at Anne Corder Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and bookings for events and conferences.
  • Marketing Administration: Manage mail-outs, stock counts, and source marketing materials to support our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Support: Coordinate responses to customer inquiries and assist with the development of sales materials.
  • CRM Management: Update and report on sales opportunities on our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Visitor Support: Assist with the coordination of customer and supplier visits to our office.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Marketing Experience: Ideally, you will have some experience within the marketing industry, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Office Experience: Previous experience working in an office environment, with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
