We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Executive (CSE) to enhance our sales division.

Position Summary:

In the role of Customer Sales Executive, you will play an essential role within our internal sales unit, tasked with driving sales through both outbound and inbound communications, as well as digital interactions with clients. Your main objective will be to effectively promote and sell our extensive product lineup to both prospective and current customers, fostering market expansion and meeting sales objectives.

Key Duties:
  • Achieve targeted sales and gross margin for designated accounts.
  • Meet established weekly and monthly call quotas.
  • Maintain and enhance revenue from existing accounts.
  • Strategically plan and organize customer engagements to optimize opportunities.
  • Coordinate with inventory and finance departments to manage all customer interactions professionally, addressing order inquiries, account applications, and complaints.
  • Utilize CRM systems to accurately document and update all customer activities and sales pipeline progress.
  • Follow up on quotes, sample requests, and provide essential product details.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Team to ensure consistent service delivery to all clients.
  • Engage in trade exhibitions and support customer visits as necessary.
  • Identify and develop new business leads, presenting opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Negotiate trading agreements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, demonstrating a solid record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, complemented by commercial insight.
  • Experience in the glove and PPE sector is advantageous (training will be provided).
