About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth running of our business and involves supporting various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Events and Service. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that everything in the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Admin: Assist the marketing team with basic tasks such as updating social media platforms, maintaining the marketing calendar, and preparing materials for campaigns.

Sales Admin: Support the sales team with data entry, processing orders, managing customer records, and preparing sales reports.

Service Support: Assist the service team with scheduling appointments, coordinating with clients, and managing service records.

General Office Support: Handle incoming calls, manage office supplies, and provide ad-hoc assistance wherever needed. You’ll also help organise meetings, events, and assist with any other tasks that arise around the office.

Location: BourneHours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)Salary: Up to £30,000
