This remote role offers the chance to provide vital administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Client Support Team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administration & Operations Support: Manage website orders, update the CRM database, and provide ad-hoc support for the Client Support Team.
  2. Finance & Tracking: Oversee team expenses, support invoicing, and manage online profiling portals.
  3. Logistical Support: Organise workshop logistics, track client feedback, and format course materials and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years in a corporate administrative or finance support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom with a positive, solution-focused approach.
Benefits:
  • 22 days annual holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (incremental increase upon number of years of service).
  • Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
