Care Support Worker

As a Care Professional with Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield & South Bucks, you can expect to receive a culture that's welcoming, friendly, supportive and inclusive. Our hourly rate is fair and competitive, and you'll also get paid travel time at your standard hourly rate, as well as paid mileage. We offer flexible working hours, appreciation and recognition for your achievements, and the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge.
No previous experience is required to join our team, as we value a great personality and good values above all else. You'll need to be over 18, have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the role requires contact with vulnerable clients, subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
