Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Support Worker to join our team. As a Special Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs, emotional, social, and behavioral needs to access and achieve their full potential.
You will work alongside a talented and compassionate team to provide personalized support to individuals with varying difficulties, assist in daily activities and routines, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborate with a team to implement care plans.
We are looking for someone with a compassionate and patient demeanor, strong communication and empathy, experience or understanding of autism spectrum disorders, and the ability to adapt to varying needs.
