Duties:

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping using Sage200
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Experience**:

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role not necessary as training will be provided
