**Working time**: 9am start and 5pm finish.

**Location**: This role is based at our Bourne Head Office.

**Pay**: £12 per hour

**Key responsibilities**:

- Answering office telephone, taking messages
- Offer Admin support to Management Team
- Management of HR files
- Paying in and Logging Cheques
- Management of accounting system on Xero, create invoices and reconciliation of payments
- Debt Chasing
- Health and safety audits
- Any other Administrative Tasks
- Some of the work required is supporting the registered manager to ensure we are compliant with the Care Regulations (e.g administration of care staff vetting, DBS and reference checks), procedures must be strictly adhered to in these areas of work.
- The successful person will be able to work alone in the office at times when the managers are out on visits and be willing to open and lock the office and set up the office alarm system.
