Finance Assistant

We are looking for a part-time Finance Assistant working alongside a small team of Finance professionals, you will assist in a range of financial activities.
**Typical duties will be**:
- Processing ledger transactions - sales and purchase invoices.
- Scanning, filing and logging account documents.
- Collect and enter data using Xero financial system and spreadsheets.
**If you possess the following skills and attributes, we would love to hear from you**:
- Four GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills.
- The ability to adapt to changing demands and tasks.
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
- Actively studying or looking to study AAT.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
