A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to support our large organisation. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, general admin support, and providing assistance to the PA's for Exec Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Travel: Book train, hotel, group, and event bookings for Commercial, Finance, BMC, E&TS, People, Property, and Shared Services teams.
  • General Admin Support: Assist the PA's with diary management, arrange internal and external meetings, and maintain share point pages.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.50-17.50 per hour, equivalent to £28,500 - £34,200 per annum, and a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in our Hemel Hempstead office and 2 days worked remotely.
