We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance to the property management team, including data entry, document scanning, and filing.
- Processing and uploading paperwork to the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence to ensure effective communication.
- Maintaining and updating the property management database to reflect current information.
- Organizing and filing paperwork, including archiving, to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
