Property Administrator Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the property management team with tasks such as data entry, document processing, and correspondence management.
- Process paperwork and upload it to the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and postal correspondence to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain and update the property management database to reflect current information.
- Organize and file paperwork, including archiving, to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
