Property Manager requirements:

  • High standards of customer service skills

  • Knowledge of the local property market
  • Must have Property Management experience
  • ARLA qualified preferred, but not essential

Property Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring the entire portfolio is managed to an agreed standard that delivers exceptional customer service
  • Coordinating with the property management team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing landlords with professional advice on property compliance and maintenance
  • Liaising with the finance team on rent arrears and deposit returns
  • Conducting property inspections and reporting on maintenance issues
