We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Executive (CSE) to enhance our sales team.
Position Summary:As a Customer Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role within our internal sales division, tasked with driving sales through both outbound and inbound communications, as well as digital interactions with clients. Your main objective will be to effectively promote and sell our comprehensive product lineup to both new and existing clientele, fostering market expansion and achieving designated sales objectives.
Key Duties:- Meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets for assigned accounts.
- Fulfill weekly and monthly call quotas.
- Maintain and enhance revenue from existing accounts.
- Strategically plan and schedule customer engagements to optimize opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with inventory and finance teams to manage all customer communications professionally, addressing order inquiries, account applications, and any complaints.
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately log and update all customer interactions and sales pipeline activities in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotes, sample requests, and provide essential product details.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
- Engage in trade shows and exhibitions, and assist with customer visits as necessary.
- Identify and develop leads for new business opportunities, presenting these to the Sales Manager.
- Negotiate Trading Agreements as needed.
- Grade C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, coupled with commercial insight.
- Experience in the glove and PPE sector is advantageous (training will be provided).
