**Overview**

Our Creative Department has an exciting opportunity for a hard-working **Creative Producer** to join the team. This is a full-time role which will be predominately based at our studio in Bourne, however there will be a requirement to work on location for offsite photoshoots as required. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing the delivery of all photography and videography assets that support our inspirational and aspiration brand messaging.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple deadlines. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is experienced in content production for both studio and location and is ready to bring their insight to a growing brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead the production of all e-commerce shoots, ensuring the product style, superior quality and details are captured in all imagery.
- Lead the production of all season campaign and always-on marketing assets (photography & video) for use across print and digital channels.
- Manage the photography production critical path, ensuring the smooth running of all shoots taking place within the studio and on location.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team, responding to briefs to create a production plan that supports the marketing calendar.
- Be responsible for all operational and logístical pre-production; sourcing, negotiating and contracting models, photographers, videographers, agencies, locations, props and equipment, creating shoot schedules, call sheets and risk assessments.
- Manage the shoot from end to end, ensuring the day runs smoothly and the required samples, wardrobe, props, equipment, and other resources.
- Be a brand ambassador to the creative direction, upholding creative guidelines and ensuring consistency in our visual standards.
- Manage the Studio Coordinator to ensuring that the in-house studio is maintained, and prop and kit inventories are kept up to date and accurate.

**Experience, Requirements & Attributes**
- UK driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
- Able to react, adapt, cope under pressure and juggle multiple projects.
- Proactive in finding solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Excellent time management skills and to deliver projects on time and in budget.
- Passion for home interiors and lifestyle is an advantage.
- UK driving licence and own transport is essential for this role.
