About the Role

Priory is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Abbey Court, a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest level of care and quality of life for residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in care delivery

Requirements

  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
