Job Title: Apprentice Nurse

About the Role:

Priory Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Apprentice Nurse to join our team at Abbey Court, a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. As an Apprentice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to older people, promoting independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive care environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
  • Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organisation & leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
