Job Overview
  • Identify and analyze business needs, facilitating workshops, conducting thorough business assessments, and contributing to system specifications, while evaluating discrepancies between requirements and JD Edwards functionality.
  • Document and streamline business workflows.
  • Plan, design, and execute testing for interfaces and reports associated with complex JD Edwards applications.
  • Collaborate with users, technology representatives, application support teams, and developers to explore and implement solutions.
  • Collect specific location requirements for designated JD Edwards functional areas, performing system configuration, setup, site evaluations, and supporting prototype and integrated systems testing, along with training for key and end users, and providing support during go-live activities.
  • Deliver functional and application support for project-related tasks in alignment with project methodologies.
  • Comply with Version 1 standards and policies.
  • Assist in the training and support of team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in ERP implementations and upgrades, with a comprehensive understanding of multiple JD Edwards modules, including participation in at least one full upgrade or implementation project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in JD Edwards (JDE) Finance, with desirable knowledge in Distribution Modules.
  • Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 User Experience (UX), Pages, and UDOs.
  • Background in Accountancy.
  • Strong commitment to Service Excellence.
  • Adept at identifying and resolving issues.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for Service Improvement; capable of transforming customer requirements into practical solutions.
  • Methodical and thorough approach, demonstrating excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional time management abilities; capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic, solution-oriented environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels (both internal and external). Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
