Job Summary:

KCR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing global financial operations and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial management activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Manage the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes, including accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic financial plans.
