Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in leading and developing our financial transaction teams to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial transaction teams to deliver on KPIs and service levels
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including year-end audit delivery

Requirements
- Professionally qualified (CCAB/ACCA/ACMA/ACA/ICAS/CIPFA) financial manager with a strong track record of leadership and team development
- Proven experience in leading teams of 5 or more through a challenging and deadline-driven financial cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
