Job Summary

This is a full-time remote role based in the North East, with a focus on building relationships with clients and driving business growth. As a Platform Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our platform, sales, and relationship management teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and provide training on our platform to enhance their experience.
    • Cross-sell additional services where appropriate to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and delivered in a professional manner, including reports and updates.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Adhere to the FCA's Consumer Duty principles, ensuring that our clients receive fair treatment and that we actively support their financial goals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with extensive face-to-face and direct telephone contact.

    • Strong numeracy skills to understand processes and check data, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial information.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Commercial Acumen
    • Strong knowledge of commercial objectives, the UK platform and advisory market, and the financial services industry.
  • Investment and Financial Services Experience
    • Experience in investments and investment management is desirable, as is relevant financial services qualifications.
