- Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation of business processes to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Interface and Report Development: Planning, designing, and testing interfaces and reports for complex JD Edwards applications.
- Consultation: Collaborating with users, technology liaisons, and development teams to research and implement effective solutions.
- System Configuration: Gathering specific location requirements for JD Edwards functional areas, performing system setup, and supporting integrated systems testing.
- Training and Support: Conducting training sessions for key and end users, assisting during go-live activities, and providing post-implementation support.
- Project Support: Offering functional/application support in line with project methodologies.
- Standards Compliance: Adhering to Version 1's standards and policies throughout all processes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Assisting in the training and support of colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
- Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP implementations and upgrades, with a strong understanding of multiple JD Edwards modules.
- Proficient in JD Edwards (JDE) Finance, with additional knowledge in Distribution Modules preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 User Experience (UX), Pages, and UDOs.
- A background in Accountancy is essential.
