At Version 1, we are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to become a vital part of our expanding Cloud Practice.

In this role, you will engage with the latest cloud technologies and participate in projects spanning multiple sectors and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of primary Oracle Cloud Financials modules.
  • Manage requirements definition, design, and gap analysis.
  • Oversee application configuration.
  • Facilitate functional support for technical activities such as data migration and integration.
  • Conduct solution validation workshops.
  • Provide testing support, training delivery, and post-go-live assistance.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience in the following areas:

  • Oracle Cloud (SaaS): General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Management, Tax, Subledger Accounting, Procurement, Assets, and Expenses.
  • Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smartview.
  • Collaboration with other implementation consultants as part of a project team.
  • Documentation of business requirements and configuration using Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.
  • Creation of high-quality functional specification documentation to detail business processes and facilitate technical builds.
  • Support clients through the full testing lifecycle and Go Live, including test script creation.
  • Ensure comprehensive Knowledge Transfer to clients and support teams, including key user training.
  • Manage change requests throughout the development and testing lifecycle, adhering to project management standards.
  • Liaise with Oracle for effective management of client service requests.
  • Keep clients informed about the latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
  • Ensure timely project delivery and maintain business expectations, ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with risk and change management on projects.
  • Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Communicate effectively and drive project deliverables.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular status and issue reports to project managers and clients.
