B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, including calls, emails, and remote meetings.
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead generation.
- Input and maintain accurate data on our CRM system for all customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
- Assist in meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide sales and sales demand reporting to support business decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven internal sales experience of at least 3 years.
- Customer service experience and a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Ability to sell technical products and work directly with customers on the phone and in remote video meetings.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
