We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, including calls, emails, and remote meetings.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead generation.
  • Input and maintain accurate data on our CRM system for all customers.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide sales and sales demand reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven internal sales experience of at least 3 years.
  • Customer service experience and a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to sell technical products and work directly with customers on the phone and in remote video meetings.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
