Position: B2B Sales Consultant

Location: Rubery, Birmingham

Salary: with OTE of £40,000

Flexicruit is a rapidly evolving, industry-leading importer and distributor of food products and ingredients sourced globally. We cater to various sectors including Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Contract Catering, Hospitality, and Retail. We are in search of an experienced B2B Sales Consultant to become a part of our vibrant team. This full-time role encompasses both office and field-based responsibilities, covering multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities to cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to solidify and expand current business.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by implementing and adhering to company standards.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitor movements to identify new product opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, fluent in English, with a clean and valid driving license.
  • Strong negotiation and prospecting abilities, with a significant impact on clients.
  • A positive, approachable demeanor with a natural talent for relationship building.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social networks.
