Flexicruit is a leading player in the import and distribution of food products and ingredients, catering to various sectors including Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Contract Catering, Hospitality, and Retail. We are on the lookout for a seasoned B2B Sales Consultant to enhance our vibrant team. This full-time role encompasses both office duties and fieldwork, primarily covering various regions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover new business opportunities and cultivate them into long-lasting partnerships.
  • Strengthen and nurture relationships with our existing clientele to enhance and expand our business.
  • Ensure top-notch customer service by adhering to and promoting company standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, fluent in English, with a valid driving license.
  • Exceptional negotiation and prospecting abilities, with a persuasive and influential demeanor.
  • Friendly and positive attitude with a natural talent for relationship building.
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
