About the Role:

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment within the service management industry. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of our software suite and internal processes, generating demand with customers, and cultivating long-term relationships with businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and internal processes
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and other channels
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses and map out potential business opportunities
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members on best practice and strategy
  • Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively

Requirements:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS organization within the service management industry
  • Experience and confidence using SDR tools, such as LinkedIn SalesNav and Cognism
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and proactively
  • Resilient and highly organized
