About the Role:
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment within the service management industry. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of our software suite and internal processes, generating demand with customers, and cultivating long-term relationships with businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and internal processes
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and other channels
- Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses and map out potential business opportunities
- Support and mentor junior sales team members on best practice and strategy
- Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively
Requirements:
- 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS organization within the service management industry
- Experience and confidence using SDR tools, such as LinkedIn SalesNav and Cognism
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently and proactively
- Resilient and highly organized
