About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team at Regional Recruitment Services. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound sales calls to identify potential new business clients and generate interest in our clients' products and services.
  • Qualifying leads by understanding decision-making processes and the businesses' needs.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to facilitate sales opportunities.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for our clients' sales teams.
  • Accurately documenting and tracking activities in our CRM system, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to develop strategies for effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and providing feedback to further develop our processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • The ability to adapt, understand, and promote clients' products/services across a diverse range of industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
