Ntrinsic Consulting is seeking a skilled B2B Sales Consultant with expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and a solid understanding of HVAC systems within the built environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting BMS service agreements and managing transitions, including adds, moves, and changes.
  • Marketing the company's digital services and SaaS offerings.
  • Overseeing the entire sales process from start to finish.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads, conducting initial sales discussions, and following up with potential clients.
  • Delivering software demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Creating and presenting Return on Investment (RoI) models.
  • Responding to Requests for Proposals (RfP) from various stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.
  • Developing and presenting proposals in diverse formats.
  • Negotiating contracts effectively.
  • Building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Proactively managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Aiming to meet or surpass annual sales objectives in terms of both volume and profit margins.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and timely service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience representing organizations at industry conferences and trade events.
  • Proven ability to prospect for new business in the BMS and SaaS sectors.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce (training will be provided).
  • Understanding of IT networks and the Internet of Things (IoT).
  • Ability to engage with clients at all levels, from initial outreach to account management.
