National Sales Director

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Perimeter Fencing/Security sector, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and sales representatives, ensuring seamless sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product improvement, and sales excellence.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Perimeter Fencing/Security sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of Perimeter Fencing/Security, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel nationally as required, with a flexible and adaptable approach to sales.
**Benefits:**
